Snapchat and HubSpot have announced a new integration to simplify lead generation campaigns on the social media platform.

The integration makes it easier for brands to launch native lead generation campaigns on Snapchat, before connecting those leads into HubSpot – helping to efficiently move from first touch to long-term relationships and scale businesses.

“HubSpot is a go-to CRM and marketing platform for so many of the brands we work with, from fast-growing SMBs to large enterprises,” says Fintan Gillespie, Global Director, Ad Partnerships Group at Snap Inc. “This integration makes it easier for those teams to turn attention on Snapchat into leads in HubSpot, and then into lasting customer relationships without adding complexity to their day-to-day.”

Reaching highly engaged audiences

According to Snapchat, the integration allows organisations to better connect their sales and marketing pipelines to Millennial and Gen Z audiences – an audience with a combined spending power of US$5tn.

"With this integration, HubSpot customers can connect what happens on Snapchat to what happens in their pipeline, and send real conversion signals back to Snapchat so teams have a clearer picture of what's driving results,” says Angela DeFranco, Vice President of Product at HubSpot. “That's the kind of context that makes marketing more effective over time

The companies say that the integration will allow advertisers to:

  • Create and connect lead generation campaigns
  • Automatically map Snapchat lead form fields to HubSpot properties – simplifying handoffs from marketing to sales.
  • Easily capture lower-funnel actions tied to Snapchat-driven leads to deliver a more accurate return on ad spend.

Snapchat in particular tends to reach a highly engaged, high intent audience. According to Snapchat, half of its users have made a high-consideration purchase after seeing an ad in the last six months – with people 34% more likely to purchase products they see advertised on the platform.

The company has also been making improvements to its lead generation offering – with click-through rates increasing 77% year-over-year and cost-per-lead decreasing 26% year-over-year for Snapchat’s native lead generation product.

Increased monetisation opportunities on Snapchat

Snapchat has seen a growth in its user base as of late, with the company approaching 1 billion monthly users – partially due to rapid expansion in international markets such as India and Pakistan.

Alongside lead generation, the company has been expanding opportunities for revenue growth alongside this increase in users.

In February, Snap announced that it would be launching Creator Subscriptions – a product designed to deepen fan engagement and unlock scalable creator revenue. Its launch follows an increase in paid subscribers on the platform, with Snapchat+ subscribers growing 71% year-over-year during Q4 of 2025.

This was first launched within a select group of US-based creators on Snapchat, before expanding to Canada, the UK and France. It allows eligible public creators to charge a monthly fee – which is set by creators and can range from US$4.99 up to US$19.99 – to offer exclusive content such as subscriber only Snaps and Stories, priority story replies, ad-free viewing experiences and direct mass Snaps into a Chat feed.
