Zoom Launches 'Zoom Got It Done' Marketing Campaign

Zoom has launched a new campaign as part of its âZoom Aheadâ brand platform.
The companyâs new hero TV spot âZoom Got It Doneâ has been created to highlight the ways in which Zoomâs AI-first platform can help finish work originating in conversations.
Spanning both traditional and digital media, this campaign â which stars Kate McKinnon and was produced in partnership with Colin Jostâs No Notes Productions â focuses on demonstrating the breadth of Zoomâs product offering â such as AI agents and automated note-taking.
It also follows on from the companyâs âI use Zoom!â advertisement from 2025, which starred Bowen Yang.
âThe first ad showed that people prefer Zoom. This one shows why: Zoom actually helps users get work done,â says Kimberly Storin, Chief Marketing Officer of Zoom. âOnly Colin Jost and Kate McKinnon could turn that into a punchline instead of a product demo.â

Making product features âclear, digestible and funnyâ
Kate McKinnon stars in Zoomâs latest ad, playing the role of an evil CEO ordering her staff to âdestroy Zoom once and for allâ â with the ad finding ways to demonstrate the value of the platform through each attempt.
This, Zoom says, is designed to showcase a variety of Zoom use cases through âzany yet accurateâ comedy, in order to make an ad that could have been a feature readout into something âclear, digestible and funnyâ.
Debuting in the first week of the NFL regular season on Monday Night Football, the campaign will continue across linear and connected TV, out-of-home (OOH) advertising and digital and social placements.

Building out Zoomâs AI capabilities
Alongside the launch of this ad, the company has said it will continue its wider Zoom Ahead brand platform. This includes creator partnerships, branded content assets and the companyâs sponsorship of Major League Baseball, which involves supporting live events broadcasting and building out more interactive fan experiences.
This Zoom Ahead campaign is designed to inform users of Zoomâs growing product capabilities, which the company calls âconversation to completionâ â moving teams past meeting notes to finishing tasks.
This, Zoom says, allows users to automate things like follow-up emails, meeting summaries and reports, with them also having the option to bring that context into third-party platforms.
The company has been advancing its agentic AI capabilities as of late, with Zoom announcing earlier this year that it was releasing agentic AI tools designed to act as a collaborator, automate complex workflows and reshape the way employees work.
This includes the ability for AI agents to analyse images, PDFs and text documents, learning context and delivering insights from the data autonomously.
Lijuan Qin, Head of Product, AI at Zoom, said: âAI is no longer just a tool â itâs a trusted collaborator that helps users analyse, act and deliver with greater intent.
âWith AI Companion, people can move beyond managing work to truly accelerate their impact and shift from reactive productivity to proactive intelligence, where technology doesnât just support work, it elevates it.â
