The global full-service brand agency has recently announced a series of senior leadership appointments across the Asia-Pacific region following the formation of its regional brand and design collective under APAC president Lulu Raghavan.
The structure is underpinned by a strengthened global leadership team focused on growth, client experience and delivery across its network.

Ben takes on the role with a long history of employment with the agency and has previously held the roles of Managing Director in Hong Kong and Asia CEO from 2018 to 2022. He will now be responsible for regional expansion and encouraging growth across the WPP Brand & Design portfolio.
WPP Brand & Design calls for connection between clients
The appointments follow WPPâs move to consolidate its specialist brand and design agencies into a united regional offering across Asia-Pacific.
Jane Geraghty, Global CEO, WPP Brand & Design and Landor comments: âBy bringing together the formidable strengths of our design and branding agencies, we are creating a powerhouse offering in the region.â
The new leadership structure aligns growth, client leadership and deep category expertise across the portfolio â it will allow clients to connect with the right individuals capable of solving increasingly complex brand and business challenges.
Jane adds: “This team’s combined expertise, local market knowledge and passion for brand transformation are exactly what our clients need to navigate rapidly evolving, yet very different, marketplaces from Greater China to India to Australia – especially as we pioneer the integration of AI and agentic technologies to redefine how brands connect with those diverse audiences.”
The expansion reflects the demand for more connected brand capabilities as businesses face increasing pressure to differentiate, drive long-term growth and build brands that can evoke emotions within people. This will then influence the choice amongst clients to employ a humanised agency in an increasingly automated world.
