ā€œVodafone SuperMobile is more than a product launch,ā€ says Maria Koutsoudakis, Chief Brand Officer of VodafoneThree. ā€œIt marks a new chapter for Vodafone and sets a new benchmark for what customers should expect from their mobile experience.

ā€œBuilt on our 5G+ FastTrack network, it combines faster speed, greater reliability and advanced security, so customers can get even more from their mobile.

ā€œAs part of The Nation’s Network, the UK’s biggest network, Vodafone SuperMobile reflects a more confident and ambitious expression of our brand

ā€œWe’re moving beyond simply talking about what our network does and focusing on how it makes people feel.

ā€œBecause when you know you have the UK’s biggest network, The Nation’s Network, in your pocket, you have the confidence to do more, go further and make the most of every moment.ā€

An action-packed advertising campaign

This campaign is designed to position Vodafone SuperMobile as a catalyst for getting more out of everyday life by helping customers connect faster and make the most of their days.

Roman Kemp stars in the 30-second hero film, which uses cinematic storytelling and action movie tropes to bring the pace, energy and excitement of a blockbuster movie to high-speed connectivity.

Out-of-home (OOH) activity will be launching on 9 September across roadside, transport and city centre locations across the UK.

The full campaign will also run across cinema, linear TV, Broadcaster Video on Demand (BVOD), Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD), Twitch, YouTube and social media.

Key facts
  • 30 seconds: The duration of the hero film starring Roman Kemp to promote Vodafone SuperMobile.
  • 9 September: The launch date for out-of-home advertising across roadside, transport and city centre locations in the UK.
  • 99%: The proportion of UK households offered 4G coverage by Vodafone.

  • 26 million: The total number of homes and premises across the UK with access to Vodafone's 5G Broadband.

Launching the nation's network

This campaign was born from Vodafone’s ā€˜The Nation's Network’ brand platform, which was first launched in May 2024, in recognition of the company’s reach.

Today, the company offers 4G coverage to 99% of UK households, is the network of choice for more than 82% of the country's emergency services and has made 5G Broadband available to 26 million homes and premises across the UK.

The brand platform launched with a 60-second hero film also starring Roman Kemp – at the time the new face of the brand – in which he drove a Vodafone-branded ice cream van across the UK.

Maria said of the launch at the time: ā€œOver the past 40 years, we have built a network that the nation has come to rely on to keep them connected to the people, businesses and places they care about.

ā€œWe have also built a portfolio of strategic partnerships with some of the most iconic UK brands and events, including Glastonbury, the Welsh Rugby Union and Wimbledon, helping the nation connect to these national treasures.

ā€œNow felt like the perfect time to bring this all together under a new campaign that is warm, relatable and optimistic.ā€
