Arnaud Belloni will be taking on the Chief Marketing Officer role for Europe at Stellantis under the Fastlane 2030 strategic growth plan

Stellantis has announced the appointment of Arnaud Belloni as both the CEO of the FIAT, Abarth and Lancia brands and as the Chief Marketing Officer for Europe.

This marks a return to Stellantis for Arnaud, who previously spent several years at the company in a variety of marketing roles.

In this CMO role, he will report to Emanuele Cappellano, the Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe – one of the company’s six primary global geographic regions.

Stellantis has announced several new appointments within this organisation as of late, in line with its Fastlane 2030 plan.

“We are delighted to welcome Arnaud back to Stellantis,” says Emanuele. “His global perspective, creative leadership and deep knowledge of our brands will be invaluable assets, as we strengthen marketing across Europe and shape the next chapter for FIAT, Abarth and Lancia.”

Previous Stellantis experience

Arnaud previously spent more than 16 years at Stellantis, holding roles such as FIAT and Lancia Brand Marketing Director, Managing Director of Lancia France and Vice President of Marketing for Asia Pacific.

For five years – from 2015 to 2020 – Arnaud was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Communications and Sports.

During this time, he launched Citroën’s ‘Inspired by You’ brand strategy, which was designed to focus on the way drivers and passengers live their lives, rather than more technical messaging.

He also oversaw a 360° redesign of customer experience through a new digital approach, leading concepts such as “La Maison Citroën” to make car dealerships warm and home-like.

Under his leadership, Citroën saw eight consecutive years of sales growth across Europe, while also becoming France’s most preferred automotive brand.

Outside of his prior experience at Stellantis, Arnaud held roles at Volkswagen and Renault, where he was most recently Renault's Chief Branding Officer.
