Brand growth and transformation

Kim has been with SKIMS since the company’s founding in 2019 as its Creative Director – which she joined after a seven-year stint as Creative Director for Yeezy.

During that time, the company has grown exponentially – with SKIMS’s estimated value having grown from US$1.6bn in April 2021 to US$5bn in November 2025.

“Kim has been with us since before SKIMS existed. She helped turn an idea into a brand that people genuinely love,” Kim Kardashian, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of SKIMS, says in a statement.

“Her creative instincts have helped shape everything about how SKIMS shows up in the world, and this promotion is a reflection of the enormous impact she has had, and the trust Jens and I have in her vision. I can’t wait to see where she takes us next.”

Before that, she spent six years at Abercrombie & Fitch – first as a designer, then as a Senior Concept Designer, conceptually designing and directing the company’s women and girls' collections.
