Omnicom has launched a new global media agency.

Omnicom Media, part of the Omnicom Group, has officially launched Hearts United, an agency created through a combination of its Hearts & Science and Mediahub networks.

By bringing together these two high-growth agencies, Omnicom Media says that Hearts United will draw on a range of complementary capabilities, cultures and geographic strengths to help brands navigate the current media environment.

“Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform,” says Florian Adamski, CEO of Omnicom Media

“In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision.”

Nicole Estebanell, the former CEO of Mediahub US, will lead Hearts United in the US, while Ross Jenkins, formerly CEO for EMEA and APAC for Mediahub, will be Brand President in the EMEA region.

Omnicom Media has said it plans to announce Brand Presidents in both APAC and LATAM during Q4 2026.

Sustained growth at both agencies

According to Omnicom Media, the new agency was launched following sustained growth at both Mediahub and Hearts & Science.

From 2021 to 2025, Hearts & Science increased its billings by 50%, while Mediahub grew 33% over the course of the same period.

This new group will be able to take advantage of that sustained growth – operating across 40 markets and representing US$9.1bn in 2025 billings overall – through the lens of its four principles:

  • Outcomes-oriented: The agency has developed an evolving commercial model, which is designed to connect its success to client growth.
  • Predictive by design: According to Omnicom, AI is embedded into agency workflows to expand capacity and strengthen human judgement.
  • Ecosystem mastery: Teams plan holistically across platforms, communities, creators and commerce environments instead of treating channels as isolated decisions.
  • Focused and senior-led: Hearts United’s teams are set up to work as extensions of clients' organisations to reduce handoffs, while also bringing senior guidance and diverse expertise to the work.

Growth within the Omnicom Group

This latest merger follows a period of growth for the wider Omnicom group.

In November 2025, it acquired Interpublic Group (IPG) in an all-stock transaction that was valued at approximately US$9bn.

This acquisition created the world’s largest advertising and marketing holding company, with the group generating US$22.37bn in revenue in the past twelve months. In fact, sales for the group’s second quarter reached US$6.56bn, rising 63.4% year-on-year.

“We are built for an era where speed, integration, and scale matter most,” says John Wren, CEO of Omnicom. “Our wins this quarter demonstrate that. Clients are consolidating more work with us because they see the competitive advantage our connected capabilities deliver.

“Looking ahead, we will strengthen our position as an integrated growth partner by focusing on three key areas: leading in agentic marketing transformation, expanding and deepening our partnerships with existing and new clients and helping clients win across the new consumer engagement models in sports & entertainment, social & creator, connected commerce and AI-driven discovery.”
