Netradyne Names Brion O'Connor Chief Marketing Officer
Netradyne is shaking up its leadership team.
The company has announced the appointment of Brion O’Connor as its new Chief Marketing Officer and Melissa Ribeiro as its new Chief People Officer.
According to Netradyne, these appointments are strengthening its executive leadership as it expands its global footprint, advances its AI capabilities and scales its organisation.
This follows the recent unveiling of Netradyne’s expanded AI agent ecosystem, working across fleet safety and operations.
“Netradyne has built something truly differentiated in a market with enormous potential,” says Brion.
“With its leadership in AI-powered fleet safety, growing Physical AI capabilities and proven customer outcomes, the company has an incredible opportunity to build intelligence for the physical world and redefine how businesses understand and improve their operations.
“I’m excited to build on that foundation, elevate the brand and help accelerate Netradyne’s global growth.”

Building up the marketing function
Brion has two decades of experience in building and scaling marketing organisations within high-growth technology companies.
In particular, he has deep expertise working in connected operations, fleet technology and enterprise SaaS.
Before joining Netradyne, Brion spent two years as Chief Marketing Officer of EvenUp, an AI-powered legal technology company. Prior to that, he held the CMO role at AI organisation Gong.
Brion also spent four years at Samsara, where he helped build and scale the company’s marketing organisation, supported its evolution from a single-product offering into a broader connected operations platform and served on its executive team through its IPO, which was completed in 2021.
Over the course of his tenure. Brion saw Samsara grow its revenue more than tenfold, with rapid expansion across products, customers and markets.
“I spent four fantastic years in this industry earlier in my career, and it's incredible to see how much has changed,” says Brion. “The convergence of real-world intelligence, operational safety and the emergence of Physical AI is creating an enormous opportunity.
“What excites me most is Netradyne's vision and its unique position to lead this next chapter. We have the technology, the market opportunity, and the momentum. Now it's about turning that potential into something extraordinary.”
According to Netradyne, in his new role Brion will be leading the global marketing organisation, with a particular focus on strengthening its positioning, reflecting Netradyne’s brand and accelerating growth across enterprise and mid-market fleets.
Scaling technology organisations
Alongside Brion, Melissa has also been appointed to Netradyne’s C-suite, in the Chief People Officer role.
A global people and transformation executive, Melissa has more than 25 years of experience working with technology organisations and building high-performing teams as companies scale.
She most recently served as the Global Chief People Officer of Encora, where she helped double company revenue, expand the workforce from 6,000 to more than 9,000 employees and support organisational structures through multiple acquisitions.
“Netradyne’s mission is built on trust between fleets and their drivers, and that same value shapes how the company builds its teams,” she says. “I’m looking forward to partnering with leaders across the company to grow an organisation and culture that match the scale of Netradyne’s ambitions.”
