Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) has promoted Bethany Holloway, formerly the company’s Head of Marketing for North America, to a role as Global Head of Field Marketing.

This new role, Bethany says, will involve her expanding her remit from North America to lead country marketing teams globally – with the company operating in more than 60 countries.

“I believe the best marketing happens close to the business – close to clients, close to sales and close to the markets where growth actually happens,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “So, I’m excited to remain…close.”

Bethany will report to Chief Marketing Officer Melanie Siewert, who said on LinkedIn that she was “so proud,” of Bethany’s impact at LHH.

Brand strategy and marketing leadership

Bethany first joined LHH in February 2025 as the Head of Marketing for North America where she led field marketing across the United States and Canada for LHH, which involved owning regional marketing strategy, demand generation, brand activation, thought leadership, events, communications, sales enablement and marketing operations.

During this time, she delivered US$57.5m in marketing-generated and influenced revenue on a US$2m investment, while helping reposition the company’s North America marketing to be a more strategic, data-driven partner for sales and business leadership.

“Over the past year and a half, I’ve had the opportunity to work with an exceptional North America team and see firsthand what happens when marketing operates with commercial focus, speed, creativity and a healthy obsession with results,” she said. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.”

Prior to joining LHH, she spent more than seven years at EY – first joining the company as an Assistant Director for Markets Enablement and Strategy, providing strategic and tactical deployment support for go-to-market initiatives within EY’s Tax Service Line.

She left the company as an Associate Director, leading global go-to-market, brand, thought leadership and integrated campaigns for the company’s Organisation and People business. Before that, she spent nine and a half years at Willis Towers Watson, and three and a half years at Thompson & Knight LLP.
