The software is now available through leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot.
According to Adobe, it also anticipates availability through Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake “soon”.
The software is designed to streamline marketing workflows, helping marketing professionals better plan, orchestrate and optimise the customer experience through the agentic AI platforms of their choice.
“Our partnership with Adobe is built on a shared vision of open, flexible and secure agentic AI,” says Rao Surapaneni, Vice President of Gemini Agent Governance, Cloud AI at Google Cloud.

CX Enterprise Coworker: How does it work?
CX Enterprise Coworker is an end-to-end agentic AI system that simplifies how businesses manage their entire customer lifecycle – from acquiring and engaging prospects to driving conversions and growing customer lifetime value.
The software is built on open and flexible standards, which include Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A).
This in turn powers the execution of autonomous Customer Experience Orchestration workflows using Adobe CX Enterprise, spanning AI platforms and enterprise systems with human oversight in place.
Alongside this, CX Enterprise Coworker can provide teams with data analysis and insights on campaign performance and emerging trends, enable audience forecasting, streamline customer journeys and help resolve conflicts while improving planning, project and work management.
- Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker is currently available across five major platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot.
- Adobe plans to extend availability to Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake in the near future.
- The software's architecture is built on open standards, specifically Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A).
- Adobe launched pre-built server integrations for partner technologies including Amazon Ads, Databricks Genie, Demandbase, Microsoft Work IQ and Snowflake Cortex AI.
- The software allows marketing teams to extract data and execute actions across multiple enterprise systems via a single request, eliminating the requirement for custom integration work.
CX Enterprise Coworker offers teams data analysis and insights on campaign performance and emerging trends, enables audience forecasting, optimizes customer journeys and resolves conflicts while improving planning, project and work management.
“Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organisational context and domain intelligence needed to personalise every stage of the customer lifecycle,” says Anjul Bhambhri, Senior Vice President of Engineering, Customer Experience Orchestration at Adobe.
“CX Enterprise Coworker connects these tools and workflows using brand, customer and channel intelligence, helping teams drive better business outcomes.”
Further launches for Adobe
Alongside this, Adobe has also launched new connectors for CX Enterprise Coworker, which offer pre-built server integrations with system technology partners – including Amazon Ads, Databricks Genie, Demandbase, Microsoft Work IQ and Snowflake Cortex AI – which allows CX Enterprise Coworker to take action within popular AI tools.
From there, marketers can connect the partner systems that they already use without the need for custom integration work, and then use a single request to extract data and take actions across multiple systems.
“We are working with Adobe to help enterprises leverage agentic AI to move from insight to action,” says Rob Howard, Corporate Vice President of Copilot Platform and Extensibility at Microsoft.
“By connecting intelligence across customer data, content, journeys and enterprise systems, we are putting agentic AI to work across the customer experience. This gives marketing teams the speed and flexibility to orchestrate more personalised experiences at scale.”
