Accenture has announced the appointment of James Scott-Lennon as lead of Accenture Song in Ireland.āÆ
Having been with the company for close to 20 years, James has extensive experience in customer and business transformation.

Two decades of experience
James has significant experience in leading large-scale customer and business transformation programmes for Accenture, first joining the company in 2007 as a Business Analyst.
For more than three years, he has been a member of Accenture Songās Ireland leadership team ā most recently leading its Service practice, where he supported clients in improving the customer experience.

Marketing leadership at Accenture
This isnāt the only marketing leadership change Accenture has made as of late.
In September, Accenture named Melissa Fein its US Media Lead for Accenture Song, while Emma Chalwin, formerly the Chief Marketing Officer of Workday, was named Chief Marketing Officer of Accenture on September 8.
She took over from Jill Kramer, who left the company for Mastercard in December 2025.
